Rely, the true bliss.
How beautiful is this word: RELY.
To rely and
to be able to be relied upon is one of the most wonderful feelings in this
universe, I believe.
We all
love, but we are also scared of it, scared of how we may overburden someone
with it, or be overburdened with someone’s love.
To love
means to let go, but to let go is tough, it is difficult to not expect and to
just be. Isn’t it?
At least I
found it so, thinking how can I just let go of it all and be; and if I am
mindful of it I am lost in the calculations of the same. Calculations are a
spiral, aren’t they?
Is this
enough, or maybe too much, I hope it isn’t too soon, or maybe I am taking time
and what not. It is a never-ending debate in the mind, a conversation with no
conclusion and more importantly such a draining one.
So how am I
supposed to love and be there in that bliss is what I always asked myself.
I am a
giver, but to categorize and give in proportions makes me lose myself. How can
I love and not lose myself? How?
That’s when
I understood, love is bliss only when there isn’t a definition to it. But how do
I understand it? You just be reliable and feel like one that can be relied upon.
Rely, why
is it so special you might wonder, it is so because to rely means to have a
partner, a listener, a consoler, a friend, a guide and so much more.
We are all
complete, but then again company never hurts, right. To rely means to trust, to
rely means to feel the bliss, to rely means so much more than just what can be
defined.
To rely is
to be able to fight your own battles, to steer your own wheel but just with a
companion.
Journey is
more joyful with the right company, the faith you have to take a nap while the
other is driving, that is to rely.
All of us
need that nap, we need those moments of rest, but do not misunderstand me by thinking
we are in need of a soulmate or a spouse or someone else. We are in no search
for someone else.
All I mean is
for you to be able to rely on yourself, for me to be able to rely on myself and
for each one of us to be able to rely on oneself!
To trust
and hold our self uptight, to give our self the warmth during a cold winter
night, to give our self light during a dark stormy day and to feel blessed that we’ve
got us.
