Beginnings
Every sunrise brings new hope, a new chance to start over, a new beginning.
We all are bound in our lives to our habits or patterns or
old spirals, we often want to start afresh, but are pulled back. It is only
natural, this was how life was, this was how your body and mind functioned,
this is what each cell of your body knew.
New starts are a great chance, all of it have it at our
choice but we need to agree that it is tough. It is a hurdle that we need to
fight and win over. Don’t get disheartened when your old habit finds its way
in, it will take time for it all to fade away.
The day you make you mind up is just the first step, but for
each cell to now align to this needs time. For this new you to be born, patience
and perseverance is what is needed. Whether it be 21 days or 50 days, it is
your will to show up everyday and constantly fight the old patterns and build the
new that makes the difference.
Give yourself time, be patient with yourself, be kind to
yourself and keep nurturing yourself. And during this journey of yours if you feel
alone, if you feel any blues or just feel like your efforts are going in vain,
seek help from no one but nature.
Nature is our Master, always seek help there. Look around,
whether it be the vastness of the sky, depth of the seas, shade of the trees or
warmth of the sunrise, they are all a sign, they are all a blessing and they
are all a lesson.
Seek help from the vast sky, the limitless seas, the strong
trunks, the rising sun and they shall all answer. Walk out and sit with them,
sit next to them or sit under them, watch them go about their way, and while
doing so breathe in and out. Let all that pull you back leave your body, leave
your mind and vanish into the nature.
Each day there is a leaf that falls, each day there is a new
one that grows, this means each day there is a beginning. Make space for what
is to end and welcome the beginning. Nourish it with time and efforts, keep
doing your part and that one day shall in to time be here!
Love yourself and live for yourself. Not to care about
yourself is not selflessness, but it is the most common betrayal today. Stand
by yourself first and then see the world around you flourish!
